Customer must login to hailful.com before any purchase. You can click on the shopping basket on your choice and fill in your contact, payment method and collecting location.. If your prefer item is sold out or is from the links of Order from Japan, please send us email with order form and product’s description (product’s photo, quantity, size etc). We will contact you for the detail information, such as the price, postage fee, duration etc of the product

Extra delivery cost is charged if stock delivery is requested. (Please pay with the stock together.), the payment of sending goods to customer request address should include the postage from Hong Kong to the destination. If the product is order from Japan, extra delivery payment is required for product from Japan to Hong Kong. (The goods are often delivered by courier) Customer should understand the payments detail and for any enquiry, this site has the final decision. This site does not accept any exchange or refund after product is sold.

For local delivery, the delivery charge is $15 depending on the type, quantity and weight of stock. We only charge once for the same address on each purchase. This is not included the Island district, our shop will contact and discuss on phone with customer in detail.
For the price of EMS postage is depending on region (country), product’s type and quantity. We will contact and confirm the delivery payments on phone with customer.
For overseas customers, please include the import tax, VAT and other tax in payments. hailful.com recommend our customer to contact your local customs for more information.
